Birth Doula Support
Full-spectrum birth doula support from pregnancy through postpartum, including in-person labor and birth care. We’ll meet one-on-one prenatally to explore your options, align birth preferences with your values, and answer every question along the way. When labor begins, you’ll have my full, unwavering presence—offering advocacy, reassurance, and extra hands through birth.
Last Minute Doula Support
Focused support for when you need an advocate in the final stretch. We’ll jump straight into a visit to align your preferences and address any last-minute questions. Once labor begins, you’ll have the full commitment of a doula by your side through birth.
Childbirth Education
Holistic birth education covering pregnancy through postpartum from both physiological and medical perspectives. Designed to empower confident decision-making, strengthen your mindset, and support birth preferences aligned with your values—in person, interactive classes.
